Agil-Management
Bridges over troubled Water: Agil-Management für gemeinsamen Unternehmenserfolg

PyData AI
PyData Rhein-Main I Security Risks in AI & Structured Automation with Agentic AI
Talk #1
An introduction to synthetic datasets to accelerate your LLM projects
Patrick Fleith - Senior Data Scientist | LLM Engineering
Talk #2
Security Risks in AI
Sebastian Krauß - AI Test Developer@Validaitor
In this session, we’ll take a closer look at the security risks that come with integrating LLMs into applications. LLMs can be powerful allies in cybersecurity — helping with detection, testing, and protection — but they can just as easily be exploited for attacks. We’ll explore key threats such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and agent-specific vulnerabilities, and discuss why they are currently seen as the most pressing risks. Finally, we’ll look at defense strategies, from prompt-level safeguards to system-wide controls, and show how best practices can make a real difference in securing AI systems.
Talk #3
Structured Automation with Agentic AI: Lessons from Community Operations
Alexander C. S. Hendorf - AI & Data Strategy and Implementation @ opotoc GmbH
This talk presents a technical case study of applying agentic AI systems to automate community operations at PyCon DE & PyData, treated as an open-source testbed. The key lesson is simple: AI only works when put on a leash. Reliable results required good architecture, a clear plan, and structured data models — from YAML and Pydantic schemas to reproducible pipelines with GitHub Actions. With that foundation, LLM agents supported logistics, FAQs, video processing, and scheduling; without it, they failed. By contrasting successes and failure modes across different coding agents, the talk demonstrates that robust design, validation, and controlled context are prerequisites for making agentic AI usable in real-world workflows.
AWS Frankfurt
September meetup with Wolkenmeister: Aurora DSQL - AWS ESC and beyond ChatGPT
Talk 1 - Beyond ChatGPT: Lessons Learned Using AI to Build on AWS - Level 300 (30min)
Description: After exploring AI tools for development, we’ve discovered what actually works. But more importantly, we’ve learned what doesn’t. This talk shares practical lessons from our journey: why planning beats prompting, which validation patterns prevent disasters, and where AI’s real boundaries lie. We’ll discuss successes and setbacks that shaped our approach. While examples draw from AWS projects, these insights apply universally. You’ll leave with insights that helped us integrate AI tools in a way that actually works.
Speakers: Timur Çöl (Cloud Solutions Architect) & Marijan Mamic (Senior Cloud Consultant) both from Wolkenmeister
Talk 2 - Amazon Aurora DSQL: Fastest serverless distributed SQL database for always available applications - Level 200 (40min)
Description: Aurora DSQL is a serverless distributed SQL database with virtually unlimited scale, the highest availability, and zero infrastructure management. Aurora DSQL offers the fastest distributed SQL reads and writes and makes it effortless for you to scale to meet any workload demand without database sharding or instance upgrades. With its active-active distributed architecture, Aurora DSQL ensures strong data consistency designed for 99.99% single-Region and 99.999% multi-Region availability. Its serverless design removes the operational burden of patching, upgrades, and maintenance downtime. This technical session will explain how DSQL revolution the architecture of relational database allowing the above benefits.
Speakers: Sikandra Chaudhary (Senior GTM Specialist @ AWS)
Talk 3 - AWS European Sovereign Cloud: Enabling Digital Sovereignty in the EU - Level 200 (35min)
Description: In this session, we will explore the concept of Digital Sovereignty and how it is being realized with the upcoming AWS European Sovereign Cloud (ESC) — a cloud infrastructure sovereign by design. With an investment of $7.8 billion, AWS positions the ESC as a foundation for organizations that prioritize data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and digital trust in today’s changing geopolitical environment. The ESC is built for the specific needs of the public sector and highly regulated industries within the EU. It ensures that all customer data — including metadata — remains entirely in the EU, fully compliant with European laws. To achieve this, the ESC will operate independently from the global AWS infrastructure, with its own IAM, billing, and support systems. All operations, technical support, and customer services will be delivered exclusively by EU-based personnel. The first region is planned to launch in Brandenburg, Germany, by the end of 2025.We will also examine the legal and operational design of the ESC, and what makes it different from other sovereign cloud solutions. This session will give you the key insights to understand, evaluate, and prepare for its launch.
Speakers: Tobias Tomandl (Senior Presales Consultant @ ingram Micro)

Text-to-Speech

Stablecoins
Stablecoins and the singleness of money with Rhys Bidder
What makes stablecoins special compared to other forms of money
In this episode of BFRR – Bitcoin, Fiat & Rock’n’Roll, we welcome a very special guest: Rhys Bidder, Deputy Director of the Qatar Centre for Global Banking and Finance and lecturer at King’s Business School and the University of Cambridge.
With a background at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and years of research at the intersection of monetary policy and digital assets, Rhys brings rare insight into one of the most pressing debates of modern finance: the role of stablecoins.
Our conversation traces Rhys’s journey from monetary theory and stress testing banks after the global financial crisis to becoming a leading voice on central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, and blockchain infrastructure. He explains how stablecoins resemble “narrow banks,” why their settlement models differ radically from traditional banking systems, and why those differences matter for efficiency and global payments.
